Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We take a great deal of care with the picking and packing of your order and as such may take up to three working days to leave us.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Orders for the UK should be delivered within 2-3 working days depending on the service you have chosen. Orders outside the UK but within the European Union should be delivered within 7 working days. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 20 working days of despatch. Q: My order UK hasn't arrived, what should I do?

A: If your order is being delivered within the UK on untracked Royal Mail, please allow six business days after receipt of the despatch email before contacting us. For Royal Mail Tracked, please contact us the day after your goods were due to be delivered. Royal Mail can deliver your parcel up to 6pm, Monday-Saturday.

Q: My EU order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

A: Please check your tracking. It is very likely that an attempted delivery was made and your goods are being held at your local post office. Please allow 10 business days from dispatch before to elapse before contacting us.

Q: My International order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

A: Please check your tracking. It is very likely that an attempted delivery was made and your goods are being held at your local post office. Please allow 25 business days from dispatch before to elapse before contacting us.

Q: My Express order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

A: If you have ordered using an express service, please email us immediately if it does not arrive as planned.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Royal Mail First Class standard delivery is not a tracked service. However, delivery is very reliable. All Royal Mail Tracked, International and EU standard orders, and all express delivery orders are tracked and signed. We will email your tracking number to you upon dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the delivery dates stated above, please contact us at service@pushmerchandising.com or click here. Alternatively you can log into your account and create a new support ticket.

Q: Can I return my order, or swap my order for a different size?

A: Of course, please contact us at service@pushmerchandising.com or click here and we will explain how to do this. We have a no-quibble 90 day return policy for your peace of mind.

Q: There’s something wrong with my order.

A: We are really sorry if we’ve made a mistake. If we have sent you an incorrect item, or there is a fault with one of your products, please contact customer service at service@pushmerchandising.com or click here and we will resolve this for you.

Q: How do I update my account information?

A: You can do this by going into the 'My Account' at the top of the homepage, where you can edit your details such as your address, telephone number and email address. Unfortunately, you cannot update any order details once an order has been placed.

Q: How soon will you reply to my emails?

A: We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, however weekends and bank holidays can cause a slight delay.
